NUTRITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS

Rapso® rapeseed vegetable oil has various characteristics that make it an excellent product:

  • Contains approximately 60% (+/- 2%) of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid).
  • No cholesterol.
  • More than 30% of polyunsaturated fatty acids (e.g. linoleic acid).
  • The farmers who are part of the Rapso® project grow their plants in harmony with nature.
